Pros

The people that work at the company are wonderful.

Cons

Management is disconnected from the realities, needs and complexities of their employees. Pay and salaries are arbitrary. You are either swimming in work or have hardly anything to do. The benefits and pay for other software companies is substantially greater. The only competitive salaries are those of leadership.

Pros

- smart and kind (and quite some overworked) people both in Mpls and off-shore - gaining market share and could lead tracking innovations - lots of people (just not mgmt) really care - about the product, renewables, and each other - from what I heard and saw, pay is pretty good, though offshore/local disconnect is weird

Cons

- biggest disconnect i've ever seen between mgmt/mgmt-lite and the rest of...everyone - people are constantly of the edge of burnout and from what I hear has happened many times - communication gaps are huge, leadership regularly blames employees or tosses them overboard. Saw a few people let go with no notice, heard about even more, some quite long-time employees, some new - no one seemed to have support - leadership seems clueless about how to run a company and there is literally no people management at all - many people said they had no one to talk to about things, also weird turf battles between some employees, too small for that, but trust is hard to come by - benefits and PTO are sub par for software company and runs pretty formal in terms of expectations for working hours, etc

Pros

Knowledgeable people working on a very complex system. Engineering, Customer Success, QA, and DevOps Individual contributors were very dedicated and intelligent, and a true pleasure to with.

Cons

Management was either completely disconnected or toxically engaged with the rest of the employees.
