great people, good salaries, great benefits, home and family-like atmosphere, flexibility is great, work from home and alternative schedules when needed
the pay is pretty good for a cna just starting out and i love the residents i work for. also they are remodeling inside so it will look really nice when its all finished
Cons
the bad thing about it there is it is hard to get a set amount of hours. most hours will come from extra shifts you pick up.
