      They put family first and are understanding when things come up that you need time for. They are fun, friendly, and teach you what you need to know

      Cons

      They make you believe you are going to make a lot of money and move up, but they don't follow through. They make you work out of town and night shifts sometimes

      The people there are really great and it sets you up for growth.

      Cons

      There is a decent amount of travel required but they do offer reimbursement for certain mileage.
