No training expected to know everything - Assembly Worker Midwest Fire Employee Review

Everything. Don't care about employees only care about production. No training provided. Management doesn't help. Co workers are miserable. Wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy. Also they're not diverse at all. Nothing but white people work there .
