      Pros

      The workload at times can be overwhelming, but the benefits of a job well done are worth it. You always work closely with your direct supervisor, and are able to show off your skills if you have them. The perfect place for someone to come in and pad their resume.

      Cons

      Bureaucracy over the last 2 years has gotten a bit overhand. It's as if the entire company is trying to micromanage everything that's going on.

      MWD is a great employer for tech-minded people who want to live in a rural community. The employees are great and fun to work with.

      Cons

      If you don't want to live in rural Missouri this is not the job for you.

      Pros

      Great team of techs of all levels. Unlimited GROWTH and LEARNING opportunities. Company pays for all certifications, training courses, travel and expenses.

      Cons

      1 week of on-call is a requirement by all techs. This happens about 3 to 4 time a year. Depending how many techs we have on staff.
