Pros

Excellent local management, great co-workers, lots of autonomy

Cons

100% commission (draw vs commission) PAID ON COLLECTION, credit card fees are passed on to Marketing Consultants even though that does not appear anywhere in the employment agreement (even credit card fees for talent fees which the Consultant doesn't earn commissions on), non-compete agreement, expensive health insurance, minimal holidays, no 401K matching.

Pros

Very friendly co-workers and management was fair.

Cons

Comp. structure is extremely limiting. They state “ Midwest Communications offers a competitive base salary and uncapped commissions” but it is truly a 100% commish job with little to zero chance of making commission with their monthly draw/100% claw back comp structure, proving to be thee most unmotivating position I’ve experienced. Sell sell sell…. But we aren’t going to pay you for it!
