Pros

The only pros are that you get to work in the tech field and help customers with their needs and if that's truly what you're looking for then any company like this is going to work for you.

Cons

The owner is two-faced and will promise you the world and give you nothing. He will say one thing and do another, but at the same time hold you to the agreement. If you receive an employment offer with your base salary and then a six month pay bump. Watch out, you have to fight for the pay increase you both agreed upon when accepting the job. And then on the 6-month Mark you won't get it except maybe on the 9th or 10th month and they won't back pay you either. Management style is far as you in between I highly recommend that you do not work at this company as it is a very toxic environment and the owner thinks it's okay to yell at it to employees in front of everyone else and not do it behind closed doors but you should never yell at your employees you should always have a cordial conversation with them. The owner has a very big head and things highly of himself and loves to tell stories.

Pros

I’ve had a great experience working at this MSP. The team is supportive, the workload is varied, and there’s plenty of opportunity to learn new technologies. Management communicates clearly and treats people with respect. It’s a fast-paced environment, but the culture makes it enjoyable and rewarding.

Cons

I haven't ran into any Cons as of yet.

Pros

I get to work on whatever is glowing on the radar screen. Pay is good. It's medium sized so I get to interact with the owner everyday. I've received a lot of training since coming here Unlimited PTO

Cons

Benefits are expensive. My daily drive is too far.
