Weirdest place I’ve ever worked - Aqusitions Associate Midwest Cash Offer Employee Review

Pros

Pay could be decent, but that would take months and years to make.

Cons

Let me start by saying this is 100 percent commission. They don’t pay you a dime for your time unless you’re making them money first (Which is fine for some people, but not myself). Also, they make you create a 1099 (independent company) like you’re a third party company or contractor. They do this to avoid paying benefits, 401k and/or any kind of salary (but they’ll lie and act like it’s a good thing for you lol). True 1099 employees make their own schedule and hours. Not here. Unless you know someone there, they don’t treat you like you’re one of them (lot of talking about former employees and making fun of them). If that’s not enough writing on the wall. They had us literally cold calling inside of a storage closet to boost “productivity” every day. This was by far the weirdest place and people I’ve ever worked for. Also, they forced us vote for “Best Places to Work in Indy” to look good, but I would not have done so if I wasn’t forced to.
