Pros
Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits are free for employees and are actually a pretty great. You also get 401K and vacation time. Initially the company seemed like a great place to work my immediate team was great to work with and very supportive. My feelings changed about 6 months into working there.
Cons
The list of cons added up the longer I worked for the company. They claim to have an open door policy but that is just a bunch of bull. They really cater to a specific demographic within the company and it makes it difficult for the small portion that do not fit within that mold. When the whole BLM movement started the CEO Brad Freels of the company sent out a very inappropriate email to the entire staff within the company saying he did not agree with the BLM movement. Also, during my first company Thanksgiving with the company we had a speaker invited to the lunch and during his speech he made derogatory claims towards Middle Eastern people which was very uncomfortable to witness especially since no one stopped him. There is definitely favoritism in the company and that became more apparent when they overlooked certain people for promotions that had been there much longer and were hard working individuals that deserved recognition. The pay was decent but the work load that was expected for what we did was insane! The would rather hirer of people of their demographic then hire within for people that have been there and put in the effort. The corporate staff are very unprofessional in keeping their thoughts about people private and to themselves. Multiple times there were things said about other coworkers that should not be said. If you are a great outstanding employees they seem to overlook you and do not reward you for your hard work but then you have less hard working employees make a big fuss because they do not like something and they get their way because management and corporate do not want to deal with their complaints.
