You get to sometimes bond with others on how hostile the work environment is. Sometimes get to drive fun cars.
Cons
No lunches. Work 7:30 am to 6:30 pm with no breaks. You’re lucky if you get to go to the bathroom. If you’re lucky enough to get a lunch-it won’t be a peaceful one. “Break” rooms are hostile and usually just a fold out chair in a corner in the hallway where other employees will constantly walk by and ask you every 5 min when you’re off lunch so they get you to do more work. There is actually no where to sit comfortably. No where to get peace. There is no training no on boarding. They teach by throwing you into the deep and they’re yelling learn how to swim. It’s a social experiment: they give you limited resources and understaff you to see how much you can handle. Then they berate you for not reaching their impossible and contradicting standards. Hard work is rewarded with either being scrutinized for what you didn’t get to or with MORE work.
