      No work call after office hours, founders take inputs well, friendly co worker.

      Cons

      Not flexible with policies, half day salary cut on late coming. Except for 2 nd and 4 th all saturday working. No work from home on request

      Getting sick is a crime here. You will have to beg for leaves in case of any emergency. No national holidays. You'll have to work like a slave
