      Very competent engineers, interesting products. Very good at their core competencies and make excellent products.

      Cons

      Workplace can be messy, admittedly I am no angel when it comes to keeping a clean work-zone.

      Many good people across varying departments

      Cons

      Lack of aligned direction from leadership Boys club at the top management levels Most employees are overworked Toxic culture Family owned but no longer treated like that from management, and lunches aren’t the answer Annual reviews done as a once yearly paperwork exercise that has no effect on your pay
