Very polite, nice atmosphere, laziefaire management style, easy to do nothing and get away with it, especially if your part of the extended network of inbreeds, but dont worry, your teammates will do all your work for you, and you can claim the credit

Cons

advancement is all pre-arranged, dont bother applying for advancement unless you were asked to do so, very insider and incestuous, they really like to listen to your ideas, then they sit on them for a few years, and suddenly have a brilliant idea of their own. fascinating.
