Pros

Claim will work with you on family matters, shifts available. Business makes a lot of money

Cons

Micromanagement, management speaks negatively about co-workers where everyone can hear, pick and choose who they want to be friendly to, pick and choose what employees are allowed to have medical and family issues

Pros

I cant think of a single pro.

Cons

Owner Lorelee Byrd used to be the Nebraska treasurer and resigned after she was caught misappropriating funds. Google it. Don't work here.

Pros

The job is fun and interesting. I liked talking to different managers and drug testers all the time. The hours were super flexible and most of my coworkers were fun to work with and were team players.

Cons

Management is awful. Mostly the owner of the company- she is highly unprofessional, rude, condescending and hypocritical. She talks about employees to other employees in the office for everyone to hear-but doesn't go to the employee she's talking about to address the issues. She plays favorites and yells at certain employees for things other employees are allowed to do. She belittles employees when they make a mistake- and even when they ask a question to avoid making a mistake, she treats them like they're stupid. (And bringing it up to HR does nothing. It seems as though he doesn't even address the issues, because nothing changes). She even talks down to managers in front of the entire office. It's an extremely stressful environment. That's why they're always looking for new people to hire, because everyone always leaves. I worked there for less than three years and watched about 25 employees come and go in that time period. If that doesn't tell you something, I don't know what will.
