Pros
There are a handful of really great co-workers but that is about the only positive thing I can say about this company.
Cons
EXTREME favoritism by managers. Nepotism evident. If you are a hard worker, you will just get more work dumped on you. Bonuses are paid out based on group effort so the lazy people ride on the coattails of the hard workers and bring the group down. If you're a minority, you can put up your feet and sleep at your desk because managers are afraid to say anything. Management sucks. They are afraid of confrontation so they stay in their offices and only communicate to tell you when you are screwing up. NO 401k PLAN! No room for advancement at all. I would never recommend this company to a friend.
