Honestly, Midland is one of the best companies I have ever had the privilege to work for. From supportive management to overall company culture. Each level of management can be approached if needed. Other employees are great. Also, the company takes great care of its employees, from compensation to work life balance and other benefits. For once a company actually lives by the values they have. They do care.
They aim to promote from within, have yearly goals and development programs. They want you to succeed.

Not many cons. Maybe not many offices throughout the U.S? Little remote work available (outside of the pandemic)?
