Pros

Benefits, 401k, Pension Plan, a large number of paid holidays

Cons

This company could have much more potential if they had the foresight to retain mid-level employees. Lack of pay, promotions, and trust from management, creates a revolving door of entry level employees who stay for 1-3 years and leave for far better opportunities. Employees who stay longer, often are expected to do manager level work while retaining entry level pay. Micro-managing is also a serious problem that stems from the top, down.

Pros

Fun staff, good leadership, decent pay for someone without college degree

Cons

Upward mobility takes a long time as many employees have been there forever (a pro since it's such a great place to work), but it means you may be at your position for years with very tiny pay increases each year.
