None, I would have normally said job security but since the senior management team have slowly dragged the place to the ground there's no guarantee of that anymore.
Cons
Horrific salaries, dreadful offices and workstations, continuously asked to go over and above for no extra money, staff redundancies at lower levels whilst top level staff get pay rises and promotions. You're not allowed to do the job that you're employed to do without someone interfering and telling you "how it should be done". Highly ineffective policy changes that have ruined staff moral even further. Absolutely no hope of any progression or career development and no chance of anyone ever getting a salary increase unless you're willing to have someone else's job rolled into yours. Constant irrelevant mandatory training for all staff. Waste of time.
