Pension. Supportive of licensing & educational reimbursement & study time. Flex hours.
Cons
Extremely micro managed. More management than employees. Multiple bosses to report to. Extreme favoritism. Very minimal increases if any (all based on merit, not inflation). Upper management is conceded & many don't even acknowledge an employees when passing each other in an empty hall. Very much in a "click". 2 very large layoffs very quickly done, very secretive. Many employees that were not laid off were poor contributors. Very little chance to be promoted. Even though openings may be posted, the candidate is always previously chosen. And, not all openings are posted. Many holidays not given as paid time off.
