      Pros

      Great hours. Monday - Thursday 6am-4pm. Family oriented. Able to take off for doctor appointments and make up hours.

      Cons

      Unfair pay Takes advantage of hard working individuals When opportunity for advancement arises they don't want to compensate your pay accordingly. When employee questions their pay or when it's time for a review, management always comes up with an excuse to why they won't give you a raise no matter how hard you work and prove yourself. Every person is not treated equally

      The engineering is boring, mostly writing instructions.but there are design opportunities too.

      The production workers and fellow coworkers in the facility.

      Cons

      The prison industry security and trying to get support from the parent company in NMB. You cannot do your job due to constant interference from the prison industry security which seems like some kind of power trip on their part.
