Continuous Learning : - The beauty of a startup/growth company is you may have to wear many hats at times. You'll need to collaborate across departments to continuously improve and create scale. No day is the same and it requires adaptability and creative initiative taking. The way the business is today might not look the same in 6 or 12 mos. Taking ownership and figuring things out on your own while remaining humble to the process is key. ( This can be difficult for those use to a traditional or more mature corporate environment). -The nature of our clientele/ industry we work requires you to learn some advanced aspects of the business processes we serve. Working at Midaxo and learning about M&A, corporate strategy, etc. can be like getting a mini MBA in a sense.
