pretty much everything, I have worked for many traffic signal companies in Florida.This is the best one. Highest pays,Over Time,Tremendous amount of work, non stop work this company will just continue to hire and grow there is no stopping it.Very well organized Jeff & lynn, and the rest of the superintendents are all very knowledgeable and very easy to work with Best company i have worked for in 15 years. If you know this kind of work, This is the place for you

none really i love it so far

I've worked here for two years don't know of any Pros just CONS. Started working for Midasco in VA on the I-95 project where I met some talented people that did not stick around to long because of the superintendent on the night shift was under skilled in this type of construction the project manager was fresh out of high school and did not know much about the industry otherworld's they hire anyone to fill the position with out doing a back ground check. SO if your looking for a pay check this is good for that if your looking for a future do your self a favor look some where else.

The CEO and the president of the company resigned these are people that have been with this company from the bottom up if that doesn't tell you something's wrong then this is the unorganized structure for you. This is just to help someone who will be starting with this said company to give that person a heads up. GOOD LUCK
