Good job - Mechanic Midas Employee Review

Since the shops are franchised, everybody will have a different experience. The franchise I work for is absolutely awesome. They always try to accommodate requested time off. Our paychecks are always on time and accurate. And if there is an issue, it is explained calmly and patiently. They are very fair and have always had my back. I have been here for 8 years.

The only problem I have is I drive 30 miles one way for work. But I wouldn't want to work for anybody else

Unreasonable commission expectation, demeaning upper management, revolving door of management and employees.
