      The Midas brand is growing stronger and it's getting more support from corporate. It's advertising and marketing promotions are beginning to deliver results.

      Cons

      Long hours and you usually have a number of personnel annoyances every day. It's tough to build a loyal crew but when you do things can really start clicking.
