      Pros

      The franchisees and field staff are terrific at what they do. Corporation did the right thing and treated people well. Very much a large family working together. Very midwestern in its values and corporate culture.

      Cons

      Recently bought out by TBC and the entire staff laid off and the office closed. All now headed to TBC's office in FL. Whatever you heard about working for Midas in the past may no longer be true. TBC has a different culture than Midas. Time will tell to see how this plays out, let's hope for the best.

      Great learning experience, Commission possible, Bereavement and accruing Vacation/Sick time by days per year worked for Sick time/Years worked for Vacation

      Cons

      Unreasonable commission expectation, demeaning upper management, revolving door of management and employees.
