Fast pace environment with little help,if people feel like you can handle it they will sit back and do other things while you register all the patients. There are a handful of people who can multitask and everyone else can float by there work day. You feel like you can speak up to the lead team members about the things they do wrong because they feel like they have been there longer so they cannot be told anything and you are younger so you cannot tell them anything. My advice.don’t show them you work well or you will be taken advantage of
