Met some amazing people, reliable hours, work/life balance

Owner will micromanage all employees, you won't be trained in HIPAA despite being medical, HR is the owner's wife, minimal PTO and sick time. You must clock out for all breaks/no paid 15 minute breaks. People will work through their UNPAID lunch in order to get work done. Administrative Assistant is a joke-it's a call center position and not administrative office work. It's falsely advertised in both job listing and in interviews.
