Stressful work environment! - Anonymous employee Mid Michigan Community Action Employee Review

Upper management have no idea what those who work in the trenches deal with. They ask way more then they give. It seems you are working again with a group of professional middle schoolers. Sneaky, not a true safe environment to express issues with others. They turn a deaf ear when addressed in a professional manner. They will listen but never act for the better good of there hard working staff! Very TOXIC work environment with some upper management! If you do not like walking on egg shells or working with middle schoolers for management don't work here!
