As a student there is nothing that you wouldn't like about this job.

Senior faculty and administration give you a great deal of academic freedom to run your class the way you see fit. Opportunities to create courses, small class size, excellent learning environment. I would highly recommend this college to a peer. Adjuncts are invited to all professional development activities, and senior faculty are very helpful in regards to career mentoring for junior and adjunct faculty.

As a part time employee, it is easy to get lost in the shuffle, but this is common at any institution that relies on adjunct faculty. The administration has recently implemented a new program to help adjuncts feel like a greater part of the learning community.
