Radios don’t always work so drivers must sometimes depend on cell phones in order to communicate with dispatch or other busses, which is against the law but encouraged by management. $5/hr less pay than what the current competitor pays just 30 minutes away. Upper management is dismissive to the bus drivers and ignores issues that need fixing in order to bring all buses up to code.
