Great company - Office Manager Mid-Atlantic Waterproofing Employee Review

-A TON of room for growth- continual promotions within -you are in control of your income, the talented and persistent do extremely well -Management treats employees extremely well- like family -Work in fairly easy -Casual attire -Supportive, enthusiastic, encouraging managers -Fun work environment -I LOVE COMING TO WORK EVERYDAY!!

-no direct deposit -my department does require constant weekend work year round -my department is slow in November/December -not for people who just are coming to collect a paycheck, people like that don't do well here, and are probably the people leaving negative comments. if you hustle, you will do well, and love it here.

Mid-Atlantic Waterproofing is a company that provides opportunities for anyone willing to work for them. They always look to promote from within and offer great benefits. I am a prime example, having been promoted several times over my career with them I have read negative comments on here about various things and just think it is from employees that did not want to work. Mid-Atlantic offers fair pay with a very nice bonus structure to encourage everyone to perform, the better you are at your job, the better the company does and they share that with those that make it happen. What is wrong with that? To me it is much better than a salary that I have no control over. I read some people think the health insurance is not good and/or overpriced, well don't blame a company for that, blame OBAMACARE! Overall a good company, with open door policies that give access to all employees to upper management. Listening to my wife complain about her job/boss I realize how great I have it here!

Sometimes we have to have rain to create more opportunities to achieve the goals. Would be nice to find a way to level the ups and downs, but in this business that is a dream that can probably never happen. "It is what it is" - as the saying goes.
