      working time is flexable. You can participate in multiple project.

      Cons

      Technical skill is low. At a fresher, which a good self-leaner you can learn manythings. the salary is decent tô. But, for a senior, the new technical in projects ís insufficient. Techinical carrier path is dificult. If you are foreigner, you will have a hard time to fix in.
