Pros
The customers are some of the smartest people in the world (we just built a system for the people working on the new James Webb telescope). It's a small company atmosphere - if you have a good idea it'll get done. My coworkers care about the quality of their work - nobody phones it in.
Cons
Working remotely is not usually allowed. The location in Plymouth may or may not be convenient, depending upon where you're coming from.
