      Pros

      It is a small start-up company that is under staff which allows you to wear multiple hats. You learn multiple skills and title does not mean anything.

      Cons

      Because the company is small the CEO is on site and she micromanages everything you do and can be sometimes be degrading towards the employees.

      Pros

      I can hardly imagine a better company to work for. Technology is really unique and exposure to many different perspectives in the market. Hardly a dull day!

      Cons

      The bay area can be a challenging commute. Hayward is not as bad as some places but commute highly depends on where you live.
