      Only focused on the "A" accounts.

      Cons

      Micromanaged should really be the name. Improving on QC, and late shipments make relationships with customers a lot better as well.

      No micromanaging Decent facility Good Computer provided

      Co worker atmosphere is awful Long work weeks/ lots of overtime Chaotic management practices (scrum, jira, etc)
