Pros
Good for fresh to train as it is very stressful. You are pushed to learn and do things much faster and management need it urgently. You get OT pay and recognized if doing good. The company culture is good as less politics. Management is nice and respect each employee.
Cons
Too little time for family and OT too much is not healthy.
