      - relatively ok monthly pay, claimable OT - good welfare system with a MNC - easy for fresh grad to get hired - system training for new employees

      Cons

      - poor career advancement (almost no skill gain from job role, poor recognition from managements, overloaded employees) - poor work life balance - rivalry inter department relationship
