Pros

A department that does not handle hazardous chemicals and hazardous gas. The most only use IPA. Frequent work at height due to the nature of the job. Must not afraid of working at height. Bosses are nice. 4334 shift pattern will have longer rest day which is good.

Cons

Rotating shift. Around 3 months morning and 3 months night. Night shift work is not good for health. That is one T3 colleague called QQ who work long years. He is at the c or d shift. He always ask salary and check background and pressure colleague to leave especially for T2 guy. T1 and T2 pay wise is not much difference. But once come in as T2, QQ will pressure T2 guy to leave. In addition, QQ is a PES F status local Singaporean who does not serve national service, NS. In this case, T1 is very beneficial to non local due to the SGD rate. Come in T2 as local will be a big lose out. How QQ get T3 rank? That is strange because many colleagues and I find that he doesn't know any of his work but simply he just good at praising bosses!

Pros

Strong organizational growth – The company is continuously expanding, which creates exciting opportunities for career development and new challenges. Attractive RSU compensation – With the recent significant rise in stock price, the RSU (Restricted Stock Unit) package has become a highly rewarding part of the overall compensation.

Cons

Organizational silos – Each team or department tends to operate in its own silo, which can limit cross-functional collaboration and visibility into what other groups are working on. Overly strict internal security policies – While data security is important, the current policies can be excessively restrictive, making it difficult to share documents and resources even among colleagues working toward the same goals. This can slow down productivity and hinder efficient collaboration.
