Pros
the pay is good with good benefits. The management has lots of different programs to help you with any need.
Cons
There is very little room to climb the corporate ladder. It can take a very long time to get promoted because they want to see you have successful projects but give you very little time to do so. Also, a lot of the projects given to you are dead ends and the management is negligent when it comes to assisting you with your goals. The promotion requirements are steep and it takes a long time to accomplish even if you are good at staying on top of the progress. The company laid off most of their workforce after making record profits and cited anticipated market downturn as the reason for the layoffs. Most of the people let go were employees who'd been with the company for decades and had good standing history and experience.
