Some co workers were a blast to be around

Yearly reviews are based on a bell curve system instead of actual performance so it's you vs your co workers which makes it a very hostile work environment. The bottom performers are let go and more over seas people are hired to replace for cheaper. It's so bad there is a class action lawsuit from the employees to the company for changing bonus related rating to fit the bell curve. Its every man for themselves
