      there is no best reason to say micron electricals, not required Diplmo and graduate engineers, don't spoil your life , ITI candidates is enough.

      Cons

      everything thing is down, less salary , No PF and EPF, They didn't provide medical, almost all are working like a labor, engineers are getting OT'S amount 30-00Rs per hour.
