      Freedom for decision making. Easiset ERP product to learn. Very less work pressure. Appreciation for innovative words. Simple management protocol.

      Cons

      Product wise base level standardization is required, to set basic platform. Need to maintain seperate development environment for customers. Because, feature required for a customer may be immaterial to the other.
