Lovely people, technology and services are good.

Very inexperienced MD who has the final word on everything and who is often wrong. He is also the main reason why nearly 70%+ of staff have left in 2 years. Lots of poor decisions from MD resulting in a bad working environment and loss of staff. Staff are Micromanaged to the point where nothing ever gets achieved.

The environment is friendly and the team members are highly skilled and knowledgeable.

The company was shut down due to excessive micromanagement by the managing director.
