I have been working in Microgaming just before the start of the pandemic in Douglas It's been a pleasure and a challenge, which is the best mixture for me. Microgaming was very fast to act and sent all employees to WFH with all the necessary support, constant mental health talks and constant management calls to follow up to see how we were doing from home. -Microgaming puts the employee at the center. -Employees can improve the required skills for their job through on-site courses, online training, and attend talks hosted by some top notch persons in their fields. -Work/life balance is great -The benefits the company provides are great - private health insurance, contributions to private pension plans and so on. -In my role I get enough freedom to substantiate and chose my approach. -There are no micromanagement or any other negative work-life factors. -You can truly bring your real self to work since you won't be judged by that. -Apart from all of these, the Douglas office is equipped with a gym, big kitchen, area to chill and play ping-pong and pool. -
