      Pros

      I appreciate MIX's mission to provide information that serves to promote greater global financial inclusion. I enjoy the flexibility of working from home, but this also has its drawbacks (see con).

      Cons

      Working remotely can be very isolating and makes collaborative efforts all the more challenging.
