      Pros

      Really great company. Everyone knew each other and worked as a family. Small company of efficient, knowledgeable, and dedicated individuals.

      Cons

      As with other companies that are investment firm backed, it was sold and acquired by another company. Its future (products and customer base) and talents.. All lost.
