      Wide range of computers and electronic that allow me to learn alot in my field

      Cons

      Majority of the employee on the production would come in when large orders were place while few permeant employee were hired full time. So I didn't see myself permanently there

      Pros

      Microcad is a fantastic place to work. The team is friendly, the managers are approachable, and the supportive culture makes you feel valued. The group benefits package is strong, and there are plenty of opportunities to grow and learn.
