Pros

Talented individuals throughout the company, especially within the Revenue Department. The company would have ceased to exist were it not for the individuals on that team- and this is no exaggeration.

Cons

Instability over the last year due to leadership being pulled in different directions and becoming disillusioned with the dream they used the live and breathe.

I haven't uncovered any true cons yet, but I will say that this is a fast-paced environment. We are tackling complex, high-stakes problems and scaling quickly, so pace can sometimes be demanding, requiring high levels of flexibility.
