You get a half day friday but thats because you start at 08:30 - 5:30 pm (so you're just getting your time back)
Staff turn over is something I have never seen, they have fake linkedin profiles to make it look like they have more staff than they actually do!
Cons
no working from home options (in this day and age)
No real HR
No benefits
Just like going back into the 90s.
Hallways in the buildings would smell like human faeces after half the team would use the toilets it in the mornings.. the whole corridor would smell like faeces!
