      I've been fortunate to build my tech career at MicroSurvey, progressing over 20 years from entry-level to senior management. Small company with huge opportunity for anyone who is motivated and hard working.

      Large product portfolio means there is a steep learning curve for technical roles.

      Pros

      Payroll never bounced while I was there

      Cons

      This company is stuck in the late 90's and early 2000's. Their success from the founder has left them complacent and now their programming is slow and outdated. They are losing major customers with no signs of fresh products coming down the pipe. If you work there, be afraid because Leica will clean house if things do not change

      I think the fact that we are a software company and have been around for 30 years speaks volumes about the integrity of our company and our products. We are innovative and have released cutting-edge solutions for many product lines and have some new products in the works that we can't talk about yet. Don't let one person's opinion change your mind about our company. It is a great place to work, Leica loves what we are doing, and we are going to be around for a long time.

      Great culture good people to work with good benefits management listens to feedback and implements suggestions made Self-directed. No micro-managing as long as the work is getting done Very flexible and accommodating
